At Blue Bower Brewing a process is employed to ensure we actively balance creativity and science in all our decision making

We take an approach to beer design that reflects our imagination, personalities, professional training and work life. We work in technology and photography, have training in environmental and geological science and have spent years in professional kitchens.

Our craft brewing passion is expressed through the way we think about a result, a product, the process, the tools and equipment and the application of creativity and science.

We bring this balance into recipe and beer design.

Through pH control, subtle water adjustment, building of an automated IoT brewery and a focus on consistent process we enable the expression of the creative beer recipe design.

However, above and beyond the process and control we apply a dream, a thought or imagination of an experience to every recipe design. It might be a summer day at the beach, a fishing trip, a meal with friends or a movie night on the couch, every decision made during the recipe design and the brewing process enhances the original dream.
